The customer service is very good. They are always smiling and will talk to you even after tax season. If they do not know something they will go out of their way to find out for you. You should definitely choose them!
DO NOT get your taxes done here, I have had nothing but problems with them with not being given enough information on how they qualify you for stuff until after they have taken your money then tell you sorry you didn't qualify for this have a good one. Another thing they have secretly taken money out of my tax return without telling me, I have been charged twice for getting taxes done then and they charge a "assistance fee" whatever that is considering the staff is nothing but rude and are unknowledgeable about all of their information there. I WILL NEVER get my taxes done there again
