One of the worst experiences I have had at Kathy's. Ordered a shrimp dinner, this used to consist of succulent butterflied battered shrimp (frozen, but still good); it now consists of a basket of popcorn shrimp (lesser quality than Captain D's or Long John Silvers) at a higher dollar amount. Also ordered a hamburger streak which used to be good ( thick steak cooked to order). Their idea of a hamburger steak now is 'pat it out thin as hell, freeze it, cook it on demand'. Ordered medium well, impossible with a quarter inch of meat. Oh... And yes... Tough. So... Shrimp dinner, hamburger streak dinner, fried mushrooms and double crown and 1 beer; $45.00 before tip. That's roughly $30.00 for the food... I brought it home for the dog.

Cheeseburger and fries...delicious and juicy. Great service. Friendly and pleasant. A must-stop, if you are looking for a good burger.
The burgers are good, the service is kind and funny, the wait isn't too long considering there's only one or two person working at a time. They are probably the best place to eat around in Pulaski. Highly recommend it.
