After waiting nearly 20 minutes and drive thru, I get my food and was asked to pull up because I'm waiting on cookies. I already have worked at McDonald's, so I know it only takes 2 minutes for cookies to cook, and then two minutes for cookies to cool... However after being asked to pull up and wait on these cookies, I continue to have to wait for another 10 minutes and never received my cookies. I drove away because the nearly $2 for three cookies, was no longer worth my time.
Living in a small town, you get to know most people, and it helps that I've worked there. Most of the staff is pretty friendly, even the newer ones who are high school students. Some crew members don't say a word to you though. The bathrooms are kept pretty nice, but the drink station could use some love sometimes. They are definitely fast food though, the fastest drive thru in town, and they're really good at ensuring you get your correct order.
Pulaski has great food. The quarter lb-der is mine.
The food is okay, the service is mediocre, but on a good day you get your food and get out quickly; maybe with a wrong item or two.
Worst McDonald's I've EVER been to!! Had a baby behind the counter! A big no no! People yelling to the top of their lungs! Dirty! Manager was handing out checks to employees and acting like she was doing them a favor! She was only paying them for the work they had done...but she acted like she was giving them a gift from her own pocket!! She demanded that workers would work over...didn't ask them...just demanded they would! Our order was wrong and they forgot part of it. Then they fixed it in a hurry and it was a hot mess!! My cheese on my burger was cold and tasted bad!! Overall, horrible experience!! I'll never eat there again!!
