Good service
I had even dropped my new Dodge Ram diesel off to get the recall fixed recently, the service manager did a full oil change on my truck! I had just changed it myself crazy enough that week and had put Mobil 1 synthetic in it! It had like maybe 25 miles on the new oil change. I didn't pay them for it and I was mad.
Very pleased with the experience I had with Sharp Motors! I dropped my truck off last night because it broke down heading to Florida a gentleman stayed late to make sure he got my truck up and running and his name is Derek Moore just great people I would definitely do business again 5 star rating in my book
I was supposed to have an appt with them to buy a new ford diesel. Never new I was coming. Everybody was smoking and laughing at the used car lot. Two of the workers were married and screaming in a fight. Guy I dealt with could only see the computer literally if his eyes were 3 inches from the screen. I was gonna trade my corvette in and truck for a new ford diesel. Man, they missed out on a good purchase. Oh well.
I did let the manager know of my experience so that they could deal with the used car lot issue and I didn't have to pay for the oil change.I hope they get the issues worked out.
We've been trading with Sharp Motor Company for over 50 years now, and have never had a bad experience. The first car we bought from them was a 1963 Ford Fairlane 500. Great service, great people, great friends! We currently own a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country and never a problem with their cars.
These guys made sure to help me find new tires even though the tires couldn't be found and their service was extraordinary.
