I placed an order on January 8, 2012 for a Cross Island Chair. It is now 21 days later, I have paid $235.00 and I still do not have my chair and the online tracking still does not indicate that it is on it's way. This is unacceptable. I will never do business with this company again, and I will be sure to inform others about the lack of service that I was given.
