HORRIBLE SERVICE. I bought thousands of dollars in sheetrock, they messed up the order in store then told me it would be delivered on a certain day. Only 1/2 was delivered and it came from a different store and the delivery man knew nothing about the order. Apparently he was a third party vendor. When I called and gave home depot Pulaski my order and receipt info they told me they had cancel the other half of the order but no one knew why. It cause my contractors and myself to be delayed by a week. If you are building don't buy from them !!!!
Customer service was extremely lacking. Really bad experience with the appliance department and the door and windows department was a miserable experience! The door I ordered took weeks longer than I was told to come in and it was delivered without the hardware which took two more weeks and it was not the hardware I had ordered. Not happy not shopping there again.
We prefer Home Depot to other home improvement type stores. The staff is generally friendly, and if they're not informed about something we need, they don't hesitate to find someone who is informed!
If I could rate this store a negative one, I would. We had nothing but problems. Customer service was extremely poor. We bought a 11,000 dollar air conditioning unit through Home Depot and it was nothing BUT TROUBLE. We are still extremely dissatisfied with the product, installation, and entire experience...to add to it, no one at this location seemed to offer ANY support. Please, please, do no business with this company.
