Sarah Witt is the best physical therapist I've ever been to, and I've been to many because I've had two back surgeries, total shoulder replacements of both shoulders, and Achilles tendon reconstruction. I feel like I've been rode hard and put away wet! Sarah has helped me understand that my nerves have become hypersensitive due to my health issues. She acknowledges that she believes I am compliant with the exercises she guides me through and reminds me to slow down, listen to my body, and to have patience with my recovery from this second back surgery. She has been thorough in her evaluation of my condition and level of pain and takes whatever time is necessary. I never feel rushed or that I am just another number! Every staff member at the Pulaski office is polite, friendly, and helpful. Annette handles the front desk and insurance issues and is great at her job! I have chosen to drive almost an hour each way to this clinic because Sarah is a certified McKinzie trained physical therapist (the closest to where I live), and I've found this method to be most productive. I hope my comments will be helpful to others.
