Unreliable service and terrible terrible customer service
By far the best ISP i have ever had to deal with. Nothing beats the personalized service i get with the Techs over the phone/email, everything I've needed them to do they have done in a timely manor. Great Portal to pay broadband online and power bill. Big city services with home town customer service!
The worst internet service I have ever experienced....Works when it wants to and no solutions from customer service.
PES Energize is actually good when it works. BUT IT NEVER WORKS. I'm tired of me being in a deep conversation and then the wifi going out and pissing me off.
Service has been down for three days. This is not what we pay for. Fix it before you lose your customers.
