In general, I have had few complaints about 10 Minute Express Lube. The service is always great, and I have never had issues with my oil cap or anything like that. The only issue I have personally dealt with would be time. Depending on when you go, it can take longer than the advertised 10 minutes. Obviously, if you go during the lunch hour time (anywhere between 11 and 2), it's going to take longer. That being said, it has never taken over an hour.
A little slow at times but, good service as a whole.
For the most part, I am very pleased with their service. They are all kind and polite. It's just the time issue, but I am not an impatient person, and don't mind the wait. :)
