The other reviews are fake. I've been working in the shop almost 3 years. There was no engine damaged 6 months ago as the other review states. And the 8 year old 1 star review over a $4 dollar price match is almost a decade old.
Went for a simple oil change. Ended up ruining my engine to the point it was cheaper to buy a used car.
Will not match competitor’s ads if the ad is not with in 50 miles of Pulaski. Instead of matching a Best Buy ad - Best Buy in Huntsville is 41 miles away and they would not honor it. I guess the $4 price difference is more important than customer service. In the end they lost at least $ 50 in sales, probably more for this poor customer service. But I guess their rules are more important than customer service.
