Five Stars to Brian, Ken and Sam of O'Reilly's in Pulaski, TN. On July 28th, I bought a left hand headlight bulb for my '09 Mazda 3 and asked if it could be installed. Mazda engineers never planned on a quick change for the left hand bulb because access to it is way too small for normal hands. Brian, Ken, and Sam were all involved at one point or another contemplating how to install a simple headlight bulb without tearing the whole front end off. While they were figuring it out, it started raining --- hard! But they did not quit until the job was done! All were soaking wet when they shut the hood and signaled the job was finished. Thank you!
