Love the staff that works there. Customer friendly. Good food.
Normally I have nothing bad to say about this place but I ordered dinner for me and my family and while the food was correct my chicken patty on my sandwich was so fatty I couldn't even bite in to it. And i had ordered a dr pepper with my drink and a sweet tea with my son's, when they started handing me the drinks they informed me they were out of tea so I chose to replace his drink with hi-c no problem. When i got home he had his juice my husband had his coke and instead of Dr pepper they had given me the sweet tea they just claimed they were out of. I've managed 2 different restaurants I know drinks are not hard to get right, pay more attention people.
The employees were friendly, didn't have to wait but a few minutes, and the food quality was good. While I was there I saw a customer complain about the speed of service, which I thought was great. The same customer also complained about the cheese not being melted on the burger. The manager on duty handed the customer politely, and even gave the money back on one of their meals. In this case the customer was wrong, but in spite of this, the customer was treated with respect. Very good attitude by both, employee, and manager. Very good job!
Went through the drive thru...fast, friendly and I always love whopper jrs. Sweet tea could have been stronger in taste.
Good food if they cook it right. Kinda rare that they do tho.
