Tonight we ordered a cheeseburger and fajita salad to go. Got home, 15 minutes out of town, to discover the to go girls didn't even check the boxes. I got a small cup of soup, no salad. And the cheeseburger had gristle in every bite. I'm not saying that out of anger. It's the truth. My poor husband had to deal with that and the fact his wife didn't get her food.

Last visit, we had a 55 minute ticket time on 3 cheeseburgers to go. We waited 30 minutes at the restaurant waiting on food we called in...
My granddaughter and I arrived at the resturant at about 1:50 on a Sunday. Someone was sweeping the entry way when we entered. She never stopped or spoke. We had to step around her. The greeter first took us to the dining area to be seated. She then realized there were no cleared tables. She told us we could seat ourselves in the bar section. Again, there were no clean, cleared tables. We sat at one and waited for a waitress. One finally came with our menus and utensils. She then cleared table. We waited for someone to clean it; asked twice but it was never wiped clean. Waitress was polite but the service was poor. Everyone seemed to be unorganized. Food was good. I will not return to this restaurant.
The service was poor.We got their set 15min.I then got up ask management if we could get a server. Another 10 went by Findlay got someone. She act like she didn't won't to be their.Then after we order a new sever to over she was good.So much for a nice supper.
Called to tell the to go girls what happened but they were too busy cutting up and being loud instead of actually working. I worked in a restaurant as a server/bartender for 7 years... Get it together!! We order several times every week but we're ready to take our business elsewhere. I've known Johnny for a long time, he expects his employees to do better than this.
Out of Towners.... The ratings almost turned us off. Super glad we went. Nice facility, the place was packed but, we were seated fast. Quick drink order and quick dinner order. We ordered a Rib- Eye & a Sirloin. Both were excellent. Give it a try. I hope your experience is as good our ours.
This used to be one of our favorite restaurants but the more we go, the more we dislike it. Each time the service and food quality goes down.
Good food, there were 4 of us and we all ordered something different. My granddaughter had steak, my son had a seafood platter, my husband had blackened catfish and I had pork chops. Everyone was happy with their choice. Very friendly service. Pleasant visit
