The service was good, so overall I'd go back again and give them a chance to make right on the soup. I recommend giving them a try, at least once.
Many of the items on the buffet were good, but the one staple that I use to grade Chinese restaurant was not. The egg drop soup was horrible. It was very thick and dark colored, either old or way too much thickener (corn starch maybe?). It was inedible. The chicken skewers also had some kind of odd taste. The fried meat options (General Tso, Orange Chicken, etc) were pretty good and the Beef & Broccoli was excellent. It's really a mixed bag when it comes to the food. Maybe they were having an off day, it happens to the best of us.
It has a really good buffet. Lots to choose from, although the servers are not always the quickest in seating us, or serving our drinks. This place is definitely worth a try,
We ate here a few months ago and said that it would be our last time because supposedly they put their dinner food out around 4:30 pm so you would expect it to be hot and fresh. It was neither tho. I complained...and the waitress had the cook to make fresh rice..noodles...and the sweet and spicy chicken we like...oh..and the donuts were hard as a rock..so they made new ones. The buffet table wasn't even keeping the food lukewarm...so they did whatever they had to to rectify that. WELL tonight....we decided to give it another chance....BIG MISTAKE!! Same scenario as before...EXACTLY!! SO...tonight was DEFINITELY ...OUR LAST time.
Descent food. Clean restaurant. Well lit.
Very nice and friendly staff, attentive to your needs. Food is always hot and tasty.
